About our services

This site describes Rec’d by AI, our service for finding out whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Google AI Mode name your business when people ask them for a recommendation, and for changing that when they do not. It has four steps, and you can stop after any of them: the free Rec’d Check, the Rec’d Report, Get Recommended by AI in 90 Days (the Sprint), and Stay Rec’d. Each is described below. The site also describes implementation work we do for clients, such as phone answering, follow-up, listings, and websites, which is quoted separately. Descriptions, features, and pricing on this site are for information and may change. Any paid engagement is governed by the written agreement or order we provide at the time and, for the Rec’d Report and the Sprint, by the guarantee terms as they stood on your order date. Where those documents and this page differ, they take precedence.

The free Rec’d Check

The Rec’d Check is free and carries no obligation. You run one real customer question on ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, paste back what they said, and get a Rec’d Score out of 100 that grades whether your business was named and who was recommended instead. The score reflects what those assistants said on that day, from the answers you pasted. It is a snapshot, not advice, and AI answers change.

The Rec’d Report

The Rec’d Report is $249 CAD, paid by card when you order. We run ten customer questions on both assistants and deliver a screenshot of every answer, a listing audit, and a fix list ranked by effort against impact, within one business day as defined in the guarantee terms. If the report is not useful to you, reply within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full price, no reason required. If you go ahead with the Sprint, the report price is credited in full against the Sprint fee. The credit is applied to our fee and is not paid out in cash.

Get Recommended by AI in 90 Days

The Sprint is $3,900 CAD, or 3 payments of $1,500 CAD. The instalment option totals $4,500 CAD: it is a payment plan, not a lower price. Our fee is written down before we start and does not change afterward. Where a fix needs software, you pay what the software costs and we do not mark it up.

The Sprint carries a guarantee, and this paragraph is only a summary of it. At kickoff we agree five prompts in writing. If your business is not named by ChatGPT or Google AI Mode for any of the five agreed prompts, on either assistant, by the end of the 90 days, we keep working at no further charge for up to another 90 days. If you are still not named at month 6, the choice is yours: a full refund of what you actually paid, or we carry on at no further charge with the refund still open to you until 12 months from the Sprint start date. The refund exists for one reason, an assistant not naming you. It is not a satisfaction guarantee or a cancellation clause, and once you are named for an agreed prompt the promise has been met. It also requires that listing changes we request are implemented within 14 days and that your Google rating stays at 4.5 stars or higher. We only accept businesses that meet the intake criteria in the guarantee terms, and we decline the Sprint where we do not think it can work. The full guarantee terms are the governing text. If this summary and those terms differ, those terms apply.

Stay Rec’d

Stay Rec’d is $399 CAD per month, billed month to month with no minimum term. Each month we re-test the prompts we agreed with you on both assistants and send you what they said, so you find out you have slipped before your customers do. You can cancel at any time, and there are no further charges after you cancel. Stay Rec’d monitors your position. It does not carry the Sprint guarantee. If a monthly re-test shows you are no longer named, we refund that month’s Stay Rec’d fee; the Sprint refund does not reopen.

No promise of specific results

Figures on this site described as targets, examples, or illustrations are exactly that. The Sprint guarantee is a promise about one thing, your business being named by an assistant for the agreed prompts, backed by the refund described above. It is not a promise of calls, bookings, leads, or revenue. Business results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, and follow-through, and we do not promise any specific revenue, booking, or lead outcome except as expressly stated in a written agreement. We do not control ChatGPT, Google, or any other assistant, and a result on one day does not guarantee the same result later.

Testimonials on this site reflect the real experience of the client quoted, published with their permission. They are individual experiences, and results vary. Figures shown inside sample reports and illustrations are examples, and are labelled as such where they appear.

Intellectual property

The Everline name and logo, the Rec’d names and badge, and the content and design of this site belong to Everline Solutions. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. The AI-Recommended badge may be displayed only by a business we have issued it to, for as long as it remains issued; the guarantee terms describe when it is issued and withdrawn.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our forms to send spam, submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or infringe anyone's rights. We may ignore or delete submissions that appear automated or fraudulent.

Third-party services

The site links to and embeds third-party services. Payment for the Rec’d Report is taken on Stripe’s checkout page; your card details go to Stripe, not to us. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. ChatGPT is a product of OpenAI and Google AI Mode is a product of Google. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by either company, and we do not control what their assistants say.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits the terms of a signed service agreement or the guarantee terms at /recd/terms.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
