0. The fee these terms refer to

Get Recommended by AI in 90 Days (the Sprint) is $3,900 CAD, or 3 payments of $1,500. The instalment option totals $4,500. It is a payment plan, not a lower price, and we would rather say that here than let you work it out later.

Where these terms say “the Sprint fee,” they mean what you actually paid us. If you paid in instalments, a refund returns every instalment you made, not the single-payment price.

The $249 Rec’d Report is separate and is credited in full against the Sprint fee if you go ahead.

1. What we measure, and how

At kickoff we agree five prompts in writing: the questions a real customer in your category and city would type. We run them on ChatGPT and Google AI Mode in a logged-out browser, which is what an ordinary person sees, and we screenshot every answer with its date.

“Recommended” means your business is named in the answer to at least one of those five prompts, on at least one of the two assistants. Being linked, cited or mentioned in passing does not count; being named does.

We do not control ChatGPT or Google, and neither of them guarantees its output to anyone. That is exactly why this promise is written as a refund rather than as a certainty.

2. The 90-day promise

By the end of the 90-day Sprint, your business will be named by ChatGPT or Google AI Mode for at least one of the five agreed prompts. If it is not, we keep working at no further charge for up to another 90 days.

3. If you are still not named at six months, the choice is yours

If you are still not named for any of the agreed prompts on either assistant at the end of that extended period, we write to you at month 6 and you decide what happens next. Nothing is automatic and we do not need an argument from you either way.

• Stop, and take the refund. We refund the Sprint fee in full, back to the original payment method within 10 business days, and the engagement ends there.
• Keep going. We carry on at no further charge. Choosing this does not cost you the refund: for as long as you are still not named, it stays open until month 12, and you can take it whenever you decide you have had enough.

The refund stays open for as long as we are still working and you are still not named, up to 12 months from the Sprint start date. Inside that window, and while you are still not named, saying “that is enough” is what triggers it; you do not have to wait for a particular date. Card networks reject most refunds past roughly 180 days, so beyond that point we pay it by Interac e-transfer or cheque instead of back to the original card. The amount is identical either way.

The 12 months exist so the engagement can close rather than stay open forever. It is not a deadline we expect you to run up against: if 12 months of work, 9 of them free, has not got you named, neither of us should want to keep going.

The refund is for one thing only

This refund exists for a single reason: an assistant did not name you. It is not a satisfaction guarantee and not a cancellation clause. If at any point in the term your business is named for one of the five agreed prompts, on either assistant, the promise has been met and the refund no longer applies, whatever you decide to do afterwards.

We record being named with a dated screenshot on the day we see it, and we send it to you then rather than saving it for the end, so you are never told after the fact that the promise was met months ago. AI answers move around, so a later re-test showing you are no longer named does not reopen the refund. Holding a position is what Stay Rec’d is for.

If you end the Sprint early for any reason other than the outcome, the fee is not refunded. Changing your mind, changing direction, or selling the business are not refund events.

The $249 Rec’d Report is the opposite and deliberately so: that one is a plain satisfaction refund, no reason required, inside 7 days. See section 5.

What the refund requires from you

Both of the following must hold for the whole term:

• Listing changes are approved and implemented within 14 days of our request. That covers Google Business Profile name, categories and service lists, the Bing Places claim, and equivalent directory corrections. We make them for you where you grant access; where you hold the access, you action them.
• Your Google rating stays at 4.5 stars or higher. AI assistants lean heavily on rating and review volume, and below that threshold no amount of listing work reliably moves them.

If either condition is not met, the Sprint continues but the refund no longer applies. We tell you in writing at the time, not at the end.

4. Who we can take on

The guarantee is only affordable because we are strict about who we accept. Before a Sprint starts we check that you have a Google rating of 4.5 or higher with at least 50 reviews, or a credible path to it within 60 days; a listing we are able to correct; and a category where the assistants actually name local businesses.

If you do not qualify we say so and decline the Sprint. You are still welcome to buy the $249 Rec’d Report, and we will tell you plainly what would have to change first.

5. The $249 Rec’d Report

• Delivery. Paid before 3:00 pm Eastern on a business day, your report arrives by 6:00 pm Eastern the next business day. Paid after 3:00 pm on a business day, add one more business day. Orders placed on a weekend are due by 6:00 pm Eastern on the next business day, whatever the hour. Weekends are not business days. If an Ontario statutory holiday falls inside your window, we confirm the revised date by email when your order arrives.
• Satisfaction refund. If the report is not useful to you, reply within 7 days of delivery and we refund the $249. No form, no argument.
• Credit. If you go ahead with Get Recommended by AI in 90 Days, the $249 is credited in full against the Sprint fee.

6. The AI-Recommended badge

The AI-Recommended · verified by Rec’d badge is issued only when we hold a dated screenshot of an assistant naming your business, and it states the date it was earned. We do not issue it for effort, and we withdraw it if a re-test shows it is no longer true.
