Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
Everline Solutions ("Everline", "we", "us") is a Toronto-based firm that helps established local businesses adopt AI, and builds the websites and systems that go with it. This policy explains what personal information we collect through everline-solutions.ca, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you run a Rec’d Check, order a Rec’d Report, or contact us, we collect only what you type in:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and phone number
While we prepare a report for you, or during an engagement, you may also share information about how your business runs. We treat that as confidential and use it only for the work you asked for.
You can browse this site without providing any personal information.
What we do not collect
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. Pages operated by others, such as Stripe’s checkout page, set their own cookies once you land on them.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and deliver the Rec’d Check or Rec’d Report you asked for
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you choose, book a call with you
- To provide services you engage us for
- To follow up about the check or report you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not send unrelated promotional email. If we ever offer a mailing list, it will be a separate, clearly labelled opt-in with an unsubscribe link in every message, as Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) requires.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Where your information goes
We use a small number of service providers to run our business:
- Database (Supabase): Rec’d Check entries and Rec’d Report orders are stored in our database, which Supabase hosts for us in its Canada (Central) region, so that data stays in Canada. Supabase is a US company, and its own privacy policy applies to the data it hosts for us.
- Payments (Stripe): when you order a Rec’d Report you pay on Stripe’s checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we receive your contact details and the record of what you paid. Stripe is a US company and its own privacy policy applies to that page.
- Workflow notifications: a new check or order sends a notification, including the contact details you entered, to the automation tool we use to start the work.
- Email: messages you send us, and reports we send you, travel through our business email provider.
- Hosting (Vercel): this website is served from Vercel’s global network rather than from a server in Canada. Standard server logs (such as IP addresses) may be kept for security and may be stored outside Canada.
- Fonts: typefaces are served from this website itself. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font host to display this page.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and for a reasonable period afterward, and client information for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what information we hold about you and request a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
You can also ask us how we handle your information, and we will answer plainly. To exercise any of these, email nathan@everline-solutions.ca or call (647) 675-4380. Nathan Buckmire is responsible for privacy at Everline. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Safeguards
We limit access to your information to the people and systems that need it, use reputable providers with their own security programs, and serve this site over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
