This website is operated by Everline Solutions ("Everline", "we", "us"), Toronto, Ontario. By using everline-solutions.ca you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About our services
This site describes two things we sell: a free leak check, and the Revenue Leak Assessment at $1,000 CAD, which produces a written report. It also describes implementation work we may do with you or for you afterward, which is quoted separately based on what the assessment finds. Descriptions, features, and pricing on this site are for information and may change. Any engagement is governed by the written agreement or order we provide at the time, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Fees and the assessment credit
The leak check is free and carries no obligation. The Revenue Leak Assessment is $1,000 CAD. Where this site says $500 of that fee is credited toward implementation, that means implementation work started with us within 30 days of the report being delivered, on the terms set out in your written agreement. The credit is $500, applies once, applies to our own fees, and is not redeemable for cash. Implementation work is month to month with no minimum term. If we describe any other guarantee, the version that applies is the one written in your agreement at the time you sign.
No promise of specific results
Figures on this site described as targets, examples, or illustrations are exactly that. Business results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, and follow-through, and we do not promise any specific revenue, booking, or lead outcome except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
Testimonials
Testimonials on this site reflect the real experience of the client quoted, published with their permission. They are individual experiences, and results vary. Figures shown inside sample reports and illustrations are examples, and are labelled as such where they appear.
Intellectual property
The Everline name, logo, and the content and design of this site belong to Everline Solutions. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or our forms to send spam, submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or infringe anyone's rights. We may ignore or delete submissions that appear automated or fraudulent.
Third-party services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including our booking calendar, which is hosted by GoHighLevel and takes you to their page to choose a time. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Where a build calls for specialist help, a subcontractor may perform work under our direction; we remain your point of accountability for work we sell you.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits the terms of a signed service agreement.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
