Privacy Policy

Everline Solutions ("Everline", "we", "us") is a Toronto-based agency providing websites, AI answering agents, and marketing services to service businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through everline-solutions.ca, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- Your industry and the challenges you tell us about
- Anything you add in the optional message field
You can browse this site without providing any personal information.
What we do not collect
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and deliver the audit you asked for
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you choose, book a call with you
- To provide services you engage us for
- To send occasional practical tips, only if you tick the optional box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time and it never affects your audit or services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Where your information goes
We use a small number of service providers to run our business:
- Customer management (GoHighLevel): form submissions and booking details are stored in our customer-management system, which is hosted in the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside Canada and be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
- Email: messages you send us, and audits we send you, travel through our business email provider.
- Hosting (Web Hosting Canada): this website is hosted in Canada. Standard server logs (such as IP addresses) may be kept for security.
- Fonts (Google Fonts): this site loads typefaces from Google, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and for a reasonable period afterward, and client information for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what information we hold about you and request a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us

Safeguards
We limit access to your information to the people and systems that need it, use reputable providers with their own security programs, and serve this site over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
