Privacy Policy

Everline Solutions ("Everline", "we", "us") is a Toronto-based firm that helps established local businesses adopt AI, and builds the websites and systems that go with it. This policy explains what personal information we collect through everline-solutions.ca, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you book an assessment or contact us, we collect only what you type in:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and phone number

If you go on to pick a time, our booking calendar records the time you choose and confirms it to you. During an assessment or an engagement, you may also share information about how your business runs. We treat that as confidential and use it only for the work you asked for.

You can browse this site without providing any personal information.

What we do not collect

This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. Pages operated by others, such as our booking calendar, set their own cookies once you land on them.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and deliver the audit you asked for
• To respond to your inquiry and, if you choose, book a call with you
• To provide services you engage us for
• To follow up about the assessment you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not send unrelated promotional email. If we ever offer a mailing list, it will be a separate, clearly labelled opt-in with an unsubscribe link in every message, as Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) requires.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Where your information goes

We use a small number of service providers to run our business:

• Customer management and booking (GoHighLevel): form submissions and booking details are stored in our customer-management system, which is hosted in the United States. Our booking calendar is part of that system, so when you pick a time you are on their page and under their cookie and privacy practices. Your information may therefore be processed outside Canada and be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access by US authorities.
• Build subcontractors: if you engage us to implement fixes and a build calls for specialist help, we share what that build requires with the subcontractor, and only that. They do not receive the details of anyone who has merely enquired.
• Email: messages you send us, and audits we send you, travel through our business email provider.
• Hosting (Web Hosting Canada): this website is hosted in Canada. Standard server logs (such as IP addresses) may be kept for security.
• Fonts: typefaces are served from this website itself. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font host to display this page.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and for a reasonable period afterward, and client information for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Ask what information we hold about you and request a copy
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us

Safeguards

We limit access to your information to the people and systems that need it, use reputable providers with their own security programs, and serve this site over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
